NEVADA STATE CONTRACTORS BOARD
Ms. Ranya Botros, Public Information Assistant will put on an informational presentation for all our HOA Boards, Residents and Management Companies regarding unlicensed contractors, how to protect ourselves as individuals, and what recourse is available to us if needed.
OTHER DISCUSSION ITEMS
Protectors of Tule Springs: Updated information will be provided concerning their upcoming “August 15th 9:00AM” Meeting at Sun City Aliante as we approach the final stages of this long fought battle to protect this endangered area north of us. My recently sent e-mail with Jill’s letter attached will provide more detailed information. Hopefully someone from POTS will be in attendance to brief us on this matter.
WE WILL ALSO HAVE BRIEF UDATES ON:
OUR CONTINUING FOCUS GROUP MEETINGS WITH OUR CITY CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE REWRITING OF SOME POLICY.
OUR UPCOMING JULY 13TH MEETING WITH HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES, NV ENERGY, HELP OF SOUTHERN NV . AND SEVERAL COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LOCAL HOME WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM.
