Woah. A flyboy who constantly recounts his war stories about flying in combat zones, who gets into Congress selling himself as a war hero. Likes to go out drinking with the ladies, too. Has a good friend in the defense contracting business who buys him stuff like boat rides. Yammers interminably about not doing "anything inappropriate" when questioned by the press about his quid-pro-quoing with said contractor.
Boy that Randy "Duke" Cunningham sure was something.
Say, who did you think I was talking about?
When you listen to the Fresh Air program about the new book on Cunningham, try not to think of Gibbons and Trepp when they talk about Cunningham and Wilkes, okay?
