Twilight of His Career
That's how KLAS TeeVee describes the current situation of Gibbers' new Department of Public Safety head. Yes, really:
Director of public safety Jerry Hafen has served 32 years in law enforcement. Now in the twilight of his career, the man who describes himself first as a police officer has taken a political appointment. (KLAS)
What a way to spend that twilight, too, mopping up the the dead bodies in prison hospitals, fixing what left of the Probation and Parole Div., and tracking down all that dope and drugs that disappeared from the Fallon office.
At least we learn that Mr. Hafen has given up on his department doing anything with Lt. Gube Brian Krolicki's case of the missing documents. He'll be passing it on the Attorney General's office.
Finally, got one right.

The poor guy is gonna have his hands full when yet another bad audit is released to the public from a division within very soon.
One will have to soon ask, how did DPS and all of its divisions get into so much trouble and mismanageme so much under Kenny Guinn who I like far better than I even can begin to try to like the idiot in the Governor's office now.
