How many Republican Governors Confrences has Gibbons attended this year?

As they are a partisan political group (they raise and spend money supporting candidates for public office and attack ads), does Gibbons go on these trips on the Nevada taxpayers dime? These guys and dolls seem to be spending all their time this week on a republican rebranding marketing session.

I look forward to someone telling us if this is taxpayer paid for or not. If so, how much is it costing us?
